• The Village has several quality retail centers, including property on Route 30 and Vollmer Road. Space is available at attractive rents. The Village maintains an inventory of available space and contacts for that space.

Medical Office Space Available

• St. James Hospital is located in the Village at Crawford and Edmund Burke Drive (203rd Street). Quality medical office space is available near the hospital.

Buildings Available

• There are commercial and office buildings available within the Village. The Village government will assist businesses in their efforts to find quality buildings.

Land Available

• There are a number of undeveloped properties in the Village. The Village will provide information regarding utilities and zoning.
