Welcome to the Village of Olympia Fields. If you are a visitor, it is our honor to host you during your stay here. Please tour our beautiful community and take advantage of the local businesses, services and amenities that Olympia Fields has to offer. If you are a new resident, we are excited to have you join our community. For the convenience of our visitors and residents, we have listed on this page some of the Things to Do and Places to Go in our Village.

To showcase our Village and all that it has to offer, we have created a commemorative Ball Marker Chip embedded with a QR code that links to our “Things to Do and Places to Go” page, which lists local businesses, services, and amenities available in our community.  The Chip was distributed to all Village residents during the BMW Championship in August 2023. Additional Chips may be obtained at Village Hall during regular 8 am–5 pm office hours. 

From time to time, various Olympia Fields businesses may offer discounts or special events/promotions (they are identified below by a red asterisk). Just show “the Chip” to those businesses to take advantage of any discounts or promotions they are offering. Please keep your Chip, as it may be used for future promotions and discounts. We will update our “Things to Do and Places to Go” page from time to time, so please check it periodically to learn about new businesses, services, and amenities added to the list, as well as future discounts, promotions, and special events.

Parks & Recreation in Olympia Fields

The Village of Olympia Fields has long been considered a “bedroom” community. The quiet, pastoral nature of our Village is characterized most prominently by its lovely tree canopy, greenspace, and parkland. This year marks our 15^th year as a Tree City USA recipient—an honor for which we are extremely proud. The Olympia Fields Park District, which boasts a 144.7-acre park system ranging from tot lots to community parks to Irons Oaks Environmental Learning Center, has something to offer everyone.
