PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Municipal Officers Electoral Board for the Village of Olympia Fields (“Board”), for the hearing and passing upon of Objections to Nomination Papers of candidates filed with the Village of Olympia Fields for the April 1, 2025, Consolidated General Election, will hold a meeting of the Board, which is required by law to meet and pass upon Objections to Nomination Papers of candidates filed with the Village of Olympia Fields to be voted for at the Consolidated General Election to be held on April 1, 2025. Notice of Simultaneous Filing Lottery

Notice is hereby given that on November 27, 2024, at 10:00 am, at the Olympia Fields Village Hall Board Room, 20040 Governors Highway, Olympia Fields, Illinois, a lottery will be held to determine ballot position for the candidates who filed simultaneously for the same position to be voted upon at the Consolidated Election to be held on April 1, 2025. The lottery is a public proceeding, and candidates are welcome to attend.
