NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Olympia Fields Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on March 25, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Olympia Fields Village Hall, 20040 Governors Highway, Olympia Fields, IL 60461. The purpose of the public hearing will be to consider a proposed amendment to previously adopted Ordinance No. 2006-10 relating to the Olympia Club subdivision. Specifically, the proposed amendment would provide in substance: “No house may be constructed on any property other than an individual platted lot, platted pursuant to this Ordinance.”
All interested members of the public will be heard at the public hearing.
