Notice is hereby given to all persons interested that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of Olympia Fields, Cook County, Illinois, will hold a public hearing at the Village of Olympia Fields Village Hall, 20040 Governors Highway, Olympia Fields, Illinois 60461-1089, on October 18th, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to consider an application for rezoning filed by DVK Builders, LLC. The request is for a zoning map amendment to allow for construction of two townhome buildings and 26 single-family homes on the south side of Vollmer Road, east of Kedzie Avenue.

The above applications are open to inspection at the office of the Village Clerk, 20040 Governors Highway, Olympia Fields, Illinois 60461-1089 during regular business hours.
At the public hearing, the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear testimony from and consider any evidence presented by persons interested in this matter, including their attorneys or other representatives. In addition, objections and other comments, if any, relating to the application may be made in writing and filed with the Building Commissioner before the hearing or with the Planning and Zoning Commission at the hearing, in addition to being offered verbally at the hearing.
