BUSINESS OFFICES CLOSED AT VILLAGE HALL JUNE 7th – 9th
We would like to inform you that the Village Hall Business Window handling permits, licenses, and water billing will be closed from Wednesday, June 7th to Friday, June 9th.
Staff will be attending multiple training and integration sessions while we migrate from our current system to our new cloud-based computer system. We are very excited to bring new innovations to the Village of Olympia Fields; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our residents and other patrons.
Once the conversion is completed and staff is back online, we will respond to your email and phone messages as quickly as possible. We look forward to serving you again on Monday, June 12th, when we resume our regular business hours.
Please Note: The Police Department and Department of Public Works will remain open during the June 7-9 time frame.
